A soldier meets a witch who promises him all the gold he can carry. He only needs to get her a lighter from the bottom of a hollow tree, where terryfying dogs are guarding their treasures. Fearlessly takes the soldier both gold and lighter, he then beats the witch to death and then lives in the lap of luxury in the city. Without economic snese his gold and new friends are soon gone.
