these dumbbell is more my size. I must admit I am not the work-out person, I once had a gym membership card and when there ” times a week, I was so proud of myself. And then out off the blue they closed the place. I tried out other facilities but could not find the right atmosphere for me. So now I am my own coach, and I must say this coach does not get the best out of me.
